Halifax's amazing Tanya Davis dropped by Bands Undone for a great solo intimate set. Her music is fantastic, and her open honest attitude is really sweet. I felt very lucky to be a part of her intimate set. Catch her live if you can, and if you are in NYC catch her video "Art" at The Children's Film festival. The Wooden Sky were in Ottawa on tour and dropped by Bands Undone to play an extended set. Wicked band and the set was amazing. Don't miss a chance to see them live. It was a really good afternoon. These guys are very talented. Thanks to everyone at B/U and I hope that Kara is recovering well from her surgery.

Montreal's Nightwood played a set For bands Undone at Canteen Art Shop. In this video they play "THE BRIGHT GIRLS OF SUMMER" off of their new CD Carta Marina. It was good set and a fun afternoon. Amber, Jeremy and Erin were really nice to work with. I clipped in a small homage to their my space video of the same title. Thanks to Kara Strang of B/U and B. Cote for wrangling the band.

SADIE HELL's Ben Welland and May-Jun dropped by Bands Undone at Canteen and attacked our senses with their "post punk orchestral rock", it was awesome..In this video Ben and May-Jun play "LIVE THE EVOLUTION" and answer a few of Kara's questions about the upcoming Vinyl/CD release at Club Saw on Jan 2nd. Montreal's Laurent Bourque joined us at Bands Undone at Canteen Art Shop for a very intimate unplugged set, joined by his drummer Jamie Kronick they played us a few songs from Laurent's new Cd "What We Talk About". Great songs, I chose to post "All YOU BEAUTIFUL GIRLS" as I really like the Glockenspiel. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. Thanks to Laurent and Jamie and everyone at B/U.

Vancouver's Mother Mother did a session at Bands Undone while in Ottawa on the Matthew Good tour. They were amazing. Ryan, Molly, Jasmin, Jeremy and Ali were really nice to work with. A great band with fab music, don't miss a chance to see this band. Everything was great, the harmonies, Ryan on guitar, the infamous box drum...it was a very enjoyable afternoon. Thanks to Mother Mother and Rick (Tour Manager) and everyone at Bands Undone.

I was honored when Cedric Lenaers of Belgium asked if he could use one of my stills of A-TRAK in a new painting he was working on (his second one of A-TRAK)..Cedric is one of A-TRAK's biggest fans, and does great work. Halifax/Toronto's CALEDONIA dropped by B/U for a set. They were fantastic. Great bunch of guys and really talented. I wanted to try something different and add still photographs to the video.
